If your NOVA Diamonds ring does not fit, please contact us. We will assess the ring model, construction, and possibilities for size adjustment.
Each ring is evaluated individually, as the possibilities for size change depend on the ring's design, stone arrangement, metal color, width, and construction.
When can a ring size be adjusted?
Size adjustment is usually possible for classic, minimalist, or solitaire type rings where stones are not set around the entire band.

- solitaire type rings;
- rings with a central laboratory diamond;
- some wedding rings;
- some custom-made rings.
When might size adjustment be limited?
For some models, size adjustment may be limited or not recommended. This is especially true for rings where stones are set around the entire band or the construction is more complex.
- rings with stones all around the band;
- very thin or very wide rings;
- rings with complex construction;
- engraved rings;
- custom-designed rings whose construction does not allow for safe size changes.
How is size adjustment performed?
First, please contact us and provide your order information. If possible, we will ask you to visit our salon or send the ring for inspection.
After inspecting the ring, we will assess whether size adjustment is possible, how many sizes can be changed, and whether the adjustment will harm the ring's construction, stone setting, or overall appearance.
How long does the adjustment take?
The duration of size adjustment depends on the ring model and the complexity of the work performed. The exact timeframe is confirmed individually after the ring inspection.
