Delivery time

If the item is in stock, we usually prepare it for shipping within 1-5 business days.

For custom-made or personalized rings, the delivery time depends on the chosen model, diamond, size, and production progress. We always confirm the exact timeframe individually after the order.

In-store pickup

You can pick up your order at the KOLJĖ jewelry salon in Šiauliai. Once the order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Secure packaging

All NOVA Diamonds jewelry is packed in secure, aesthetic packaging. If needed, we can prepare the order as a gift.
